Chef Rene have 35 years experience in National and International Cuisine. Rene was born in Antwerp, Belgium and received training in several European Country‘ s mostly in France.  Each plate is prepared daily fresh with the  finest, freshest and natural ingredients found at the market. NO MSG is ever used in any of our meals, and sodium is reduced by using Kosher or Sea Salt.
